The new Basic Seats/Stella building in San Rafael, Escazu, is a project we started months ago and took us a lot of time and dedication to complete; both in procedures and permits, as well as the design. The building extends for 4 levels, 3 of which were completed and 1 that’s still in progress.

Along with the general manager of the company, we imagined, defined and developed every space, keeping in mind what they want to project to their clients and having different environments in each space.

The client, as well as us, was very satisfied with the result, and we were pleased with working for this ambitious project.
